Returns
Non-personalized items may be returned in original/unused condition if you notify us via email. Customer will only pay for the return shipping cost of the item. There are no restocking or exchange fees. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us first.
We are unable to accept returns on personalized or customized items, as there is no way for us to resell them. However, we strive to always make things right. If there is anything we can do to improve your satisfaction with your order, please reach out at the contact details below.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be a paper packing slip, paper receipt, or digital receipt.
We accept returns up to 30 days after the date the item was received. This means if the product was shipped, return eligibility is based on the date the shipping tracker states it was delivered.
Shipping returns
To return your product, email us and we will provide you with the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. While we rarely have items break in transit, and we take care to securely package all items, it does occasionally happen. If you receive a broken item, please contact us within 5 business days of the tracking delivery date. Email us with a photo of both the damaged item and the outer shipping packaging. We will then ship the new replacement item to you. You will not have to pay shipping costs for the replacement item.
*** Note, some items are not eligible for exchange. This could be for one-of-one items like vintage pieces. Items that are unique and ineligible for exchange will be notated in the item description. ***
If an item is not eligible for exchange, but is damaged during shipping, please still contact us so we can make it right. We will provide a refund or craft a comparable replacement.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This credit to your account will be initiated within 7 days of approval. Please note that the transfer will not be immediate, and could take several business days to process depending on your bank.
Please note that purchases of sale items are considered final, and can’t be exchanged/refunded. This will be notated in the item’s description.
